DirecTV users can now check-in to their favorite shows and enjoy the social TV experience directly from their television screens, thanks to a new partnership between DirecTV and GetGlue.  This is not only the first time that GetGlue has been integrated by a major pay TV provider, but it’s also the first time that GetGlue and DirecTV users have been able to check-in to shows directly from their TV screens, using nothing but their television remote.
