Today Vimeo is opening submissions for the second Vimeo Festival + Awards, the online video community’s celebration of the best in online video.  Creators are invited to submit videos in a variety of categories for the chance to win a $5,000 grant or a huge $25,000 grand prize grant.

This morning Vimeo has got some big news—they’re launching a music store to help users deal with the pesky issue of music licensing.  Now, instead of finding royalty free tracks or licensing music outside of Vimeo, Vimeo users can discover and license affordable music in the Vimeo Music Store.
