MicroVentures, an online p2p investment service that aims to give accredited investors access to funding deals they might otherwise never see, has raised a $300,000 fund to invest in Facebook through the purchase of private company shares on secondary markets.

Twitvid, the popular online video sharing service that lets you post videos to Twitter and Facebook, announced this week that they raised $6.5 million of series B funding, led by Azure Capital Partners with participation from existing investor Draper Fisher Jurvetson.  The money will be used to help TwitVid expand and to build out their existing product offering.

One of the leading providers of enterprise social networks received $17 million in its fourth round of funding. That brings the total financing of Yammer to $57 million. The Social+Capital Partnership, a new fund established by former Facebook Vice President Chamath Palihapitiya, led the round with previous investors Charles River Ventures, Emergence Capital and U.S. Palihapitiya will have an observer’s seat on Yammer's board of directors.
