At the recent live LinkedIn event with President Obama being introduced by LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner, Weiner informed the audience that there are 153 million Americans in the workforce and 3.3 billion worldwide. Weiner tried to stay on the bright side of the employment issue by pointing out that everyone is thinking about the 9.1 U.S. unemployment rate when in fact there are 3.2 million jobs available in America.
