LinkedIn will be launching a new service called Talent Pipeline that focuses on helping job recruiters find and place job seekers. The recruitment process used by many recruiters of major companies involves hours of endless activities of gathering resumes from multiple services and communicating with potential hires. The design behind Talent Pipeline is to streamline all the job recruiting fundamentals into a single database of information that can be searched, organized and monitored.
