Ken Burns fans—if you don’t have an iPhone or iPad you’ll want to get your hands on one ASAP because the king of documentary is debuting his new film ‘Prohibition’ today, September 23, on iPhone and iPad.  If you don’t have one of the Apple devices you’ll have to wait more than a full week to watch the 3-part series when it premiers on PBS TV on October 2, 3 and 4.
